Alipay statement PDF → Excel or CSV
The Alipay transaction proof (支付宝交易流水证明) PDF is what visa offices, landlords and accountants usually ask for, but it is hard to analyse: the date is in the last column and wraps onto two lines, rows are vertically centred, and the direction is a 收/支 label. What an Alipay statement looks like
Alipay (支付宝) statements usually have these columns. The converter maps them to Date, Description, Money out, Money in, Amount and Balance.

How to download your Alipay statement as a PDF
- In the Alipay app go to 我的 → 账单.
- Tap the … menu at the top right and choose 开具交易流水证明.
- Choose the purpose and date range and enter your email; the PDF arrives by email.
- Drop it into the converter above.
Menu names change from time to time. If you can't find the option, search for "statements" in your bank's app or website.

Alipay can email a CSV for personal reconciliation. Why convert the PDF?
If you only need your own records, the CSV option is fine. The proof PDF is what you get when the statement must be official, and what other people send you. CleanStatement converts that PDF.
Why is the time in its own column?
The proof PDF prints date and time together. The export splits them into Date and Time columns so you can sort and filter by day in Excel.
Is my statement uploaded anywhere?
No. The PDF is opened and converted inside your browser. Only the converter code (and, for scanned pages, the OCR engine) is downloaded to your device. Your document is never sent to us.
